Mercor is partnering with healthcare AI to hire pediatricians (MD) to review, annotate, and evaluate clinical documentation. Your pediatric expertise will shape the accuracy, safety, and usefulness of AI-generated clinical summaries.

This remote, US-based, part-time contractor role requires an MD with pediatric background and availability of at least 10 hours per week through mid‑November. The hourly rate is $150/hr, with flexible scheduling around an active clinical practice.

Qualifications

• Preferred AI/ML annotation or model evaluation experience

Responsibilities

• Clinical documentation review: Review pediatric charts for accuracy, completeness, and clinical soundness; evaluate AI-generated summaries against expectations.
• Annotation and structured feedback: Annotate data against guidelines; flag omissions, hallucinations, and documentation gaps; provide written feedback for engineers and product teams.
• Knowledge contribution: Refine annotation guidelines and edge-case definitions; raise clarifying questions when guidance is ambiguous.
