After you submit your application, our People Team will carefully review it. If your skillset aligns, we’ll reach out to schedule a phone interview where we can dive into your background, motivations, and goals, while also giving you a glimpse of what it’s like to be a part of the Zarminali team.
The process may include interviews with our Hiring Manager, as well as stakeholder and team member interviews. Depending on the role and your location, you’ll have the opportunity to meet with various Zarminali team members for a series of interviews and possible assessments. We encourage you to come prepared with examples showcasing your skills and experience – the People Team will guide you through the process.
The People Team will reach out with your offer details. If it’s a good fit, we’ll begin onboarding to prepare you for your first day. Our Onboarding Team will support you every step of the way as you feel supported and ready to make an impact from day one.
