Job summary

A premier rural health system in Northeastern Oregon seeks a Pediatrician to join a collaborative team of 4 physicians and 1 nurse practitioner. The role is outpatient, with a 4-day workweek, on-site support, scribes, and behavioral health integration.

New graduates are welcome to apply. Compensation includes RVU bonuses, performance incentives up to $30,000, a $40,000 sign-on/relocation incentive, student loan assistance, an $8,000 CME stipend, and a full benefits package.

Qualifications

• MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school.
• Board certified or board eligible in Pediatrics.
• Active and unrestricted Oregon medical license (or eligible for immediate credentialing).

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive primary care, preventive health visits, and acute illness management to pediatric patients in an outpatient clinic setting.
• See an average of 15–20 patients per day with 1:1 dedicated medical support staff.
• Participate in a 1:4 shared call rotation with four experienced physicians.
• Utilize EPIC EHR with dedicated scribe support for clinicians seeing 15+ patients per day.
• Collaborate with on-site behavioral health, laboratory staff, and multidisciplinary care teams.
• Foster long-term, trusting relationships with children and families in the surrounding rural community.
