Qualifications

• Pediatric experience is required in ER, hospital unit, or urgent care settings.
• Active state nursing license or valid compact licensure.
• Current BLS is required; PALS recommended for pediatrics.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical and administrative support for providers, patients, and office operations.
• Obtain medical history, vital signs, intake, and prioritize patient care.
• Perform procedures (venipuncture, IV insertion, urinary catheterization), administer medications, and assist physician.
• Maintain safety, confidentiality, and HIPAA compliance in all patient interactions.
• Assist in quality control checks and ensure efficient urgent care flow.
