Qualifications

• ADN/BSN or Diploma nursing education.
• Bachelor's in Nursing or RN to BSN enrollment preferred.
• Current Arizona RN license or compact state license before start date.
• Current BLS for Healthcare Providers is required.
• PALS/PEARS may be required within 90 days for select departments.

Responsibilities

• Perform nursing assessments across age groups and conditions.
• Develop and implement plans of care with patient and family collaboration.
• Educate patients on health promotion and disease management.
• Coordinate care and transitions within the organization and community.
• Advocate for patients and families navigating ambulatory services.
• Monitor quality and safety; mentor students and new staff.
