Qualifications

Responsabilités

• Provide clinical and administrative support for providers, patients, and office operations
• Greet and register patients as they arrive
• Obtain medical history, patient vital signs, and intake
• Prepare patients for X-rays
• Perform and document routine labs such as throat and urine cultures
• Irrigate and assist with wounds
• Assist in performing quality control testing in the lab
• Support patient care within the physician's scope of practice
• Maintain exam rooms and front reception stocked with supplies
• Keep waiting area clean and orderly
• Follow safety practices and respond to emergencies
• Protect patient confidentiality and maintain trust
• Contribute to service recovery for patient complaints
• Assist with splints and other procedures as needed
