Qualified candidates are Pediatric NPs or AP Providers with 5+ years of pediatric experience, a current state license, BLS/PALS, and the ability to read X-rays and EKGs.

Qualifications

• Pediatric NP or AP Provider with 5+ years of pediatric clinical experience.
• Active medical license in state of practice or ability to obtain.
• BLS and PALS certification required.
• Experience with procedures including suturing and drainage of abscesses.
• Experience with reading diagnostic studies including X-rays and EKGs.

Responsibilities

• Plans, evaluates, and implements high quality medical care for patients 0–26 in pediatrics.
• Delivers service with highest standard of patient satisfaction.
• Performs procedures within scope (suturing, drainage, splinting).
• Maintains documentation and coordinates care for reimbursement.
• Education for patients, families, and staff; supports center operations.
• Completes communication to ensure continuum of care.
• Participates in meetings and professional development activities.
• Travel to other WellStreet Urgent Care centers as needed.
