Job summary

WellStreet Urgent Care in Marietta, GA seeks a Pediatric Advanced Practice Provider to deliver high-quality medical care for patients ages 0–26 in an urgent care setting, with emphasis on pediatric and adolescent needs.

The role requires a Pediatric NP/PA with 5+ years of pediatric experience, active license or eligibility, BLS/PALS, and ability to perform suturing and abscess drainage. Travel to other centers may be needed.

Qualifications

• BLS and PALS certification required.
• Experience with suturing and drainage of abscesses.
• Ability to interpret X-rays and EKGs.

Responsibilities

• Plans, evaluates and delivers pediatric- and adolescent-focused care (0–26).
• Performs procedures such as suturing, drainage, and splinting as needed.
• Maintains accurate records and communicates with center physicians.
• Ensures patient education and family engagement throughout visits.
• Travel to other WellStreet Urgent Care centers as needed.
