NYU Langone Health is seeking a Hospital Concierge for the Acute Pediatric Unit on the Day Shift (35 hours per week). The role supports patient care activities, greets patients, checks them in, coordinates with unit staff, and helps maintain a welcoming environment in a busy pediatric setting.

The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma, strong communication and interpersonal skills, proficiency in data entry and computer literacy, and the ability to triage and respond calmly to families

Qualifikationen

• Computer literacy including data entry, email, and hospital intranet.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, along with problem solving.
