Qualifications

• 1+ years of dental or healthcare receptionist experience.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and schedule appointments for patients.
• Conduct initial consultations with patients to discuss dental procedures, treatments, and associated costs to patients, ensuring they have a clear understanding of their recommended treatment plans
• Act as liaison between Dentist and patient
• Provide exceptional customer service, addressing patient inquiries, concerns, and follow-up communications promptly and professionally.
• Discuss financial options,insurance coverage, and credit options that may be offered
• Routinely follow up with patients throughout the course of treatment
• Update patient education materials and maintain a professional reception area
• Maintain and update patient information in thedata system in compliance with privacy and security regulations
