Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Manages implementation timelines and site-specific education strategies.
• Conducts system and process reviews to improve productivity, customer service and quality of operations.
• Liaises with regulatory agencies and partners; participates in meetings and committees.
• Acts as team lead and chairs assigned committees.
• Adapts communication to diverse patient populations while maintaining privacy and respect.
• Ensures compliance with laws, regulations, and privacy standards and maintains Knowledge of Compliance & Privacy Program.
• Performs other related duties as required.
