Qualifications

• RN license in state of practice required.
• 1 year RN experience or 2 years LPN in acute care setting.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.

Responsibilities

• Treats critical injuries, allergic reactions, and trauma.
• Assess patient needs and respond to emergencies.
• Plan, supervise, and coordinate patient care within the unit.
• Supervise and evaluate assigned nursing staff and technicians.
• Promote nursing protocols and evidence-based practice.
• Assist with staffing, scheduling, and resource management.
• Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and privacy standards.
