Job summary

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing with RN licensure.
• Current BLS from American Heart Association.
• Five years of nursing experience, including at least one year in a supervisory role.

Responsibilities

• Manages implementation timelines, ongoing clinical and technical support, and development of site-specific education and improvement strategies.
• Reviews systems and processes to identify opportunities to improve productivity, service, and quality.
• Serves as liaison to regulatory agencies and community partners; participates in meetings and trainings as required.
• Acts as a team lead and chairs committees as assigned.
• Adapts communication and approach to the patient population, ensuring privacy and clear explanations of services.
• Performs other related duties as required.
