Job summary

Medical City Dallas seeks an RN Trauma Program Coordinator to lead trauma services and align practice with national standards. You will drive operations, data integrity, and education across hospital teams to improve patient outcomes.

In this role, you will partner with leaders to support verification readiness, and you will engage in local and national trauma initiatives while advancing patient safety and quality care.

Qualifications

• RN licensed in the state with pediatric trauma experience.
• ACLS, PALS, and ENPC/TNCC or equivalent certifications.
• BLS obtained within 30 days; other certs within specified timelines.
• Bachelor's degree required for leadership position.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and evaluate Trauma Program operations and outcomes.
• Develop processes for trauma data collection and registry management.
• Collaborate with clinicians and leadership to promote high‑quality care.
• Lead PIPS activities for improvement and patient safety.
• Provide trauma education and resources for staff and EMS.
• Represent the program in local, state, and national trauma organizations.
