Westchester Medical Center Health Network's Maria Fareri Children's Hospital is seeking a Pediatric Trauma Program Manager to oversee the Level 1 pediatric trauma program. You will lead clinical teams, coordinate care delivery, and drive quality and safety initiatives across the program.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 years of professional clinical experience, including 3 years in a supervisory role.
• Bachelor degree required; Master's preferred; graduate from accredited nursing/NP/PA program.
• Current NY State RN, NP, or PA license; BLS and ACLS certifications.

Responsibilities

• Develop strategies for growth of the pediatric trauma program.
• Lead trauma care team with collaboration and best practices.
• Improve trauma care quality and patient outcomes.
• Ensure compliance with state, federal, and accreditation standards.
