WMC Advanced Physician Services PC in Valhalla, NY is seeking a Pediatric Trauma Program Manager to oversee Maria Fareri Children’s Hospital pediatric Level I trauma program. You will lead clinical teams, set strategies, and drive quality and regulatory compliance to deliver patient-centered care.

The role requires six years of clinical experience with supervisory background, a bachelor’s degree (master’s preferred), NYS RN/NP/PA license, and strong data analysis and communication skills to

Qualifications

• Minimum six years of professional clinical experience, including three years in a supervisory role.
• Bachelor's degree required; master's preferred as an advanced practice provider.
• Current NYS license as RN, NP or PA; BLS and ACLS certification.
• Strong understanding of quality care protocols and regulatory requirements.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and leadership skills.
• Proficiency in data analysis to drive quality improvement initiatives.
• Ability to develop and execute strategic program plans.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategies to grow the pediatric trauma program.
• Provide leadership to the trauma care team with collaboration and communication.
• Drive initiatives to maintain and improve trauma care quality and outcomes.
• Ensure compliance with state, federal and accreditation requirements.
• Oversee staffing, equipment and supplies to support care delivery.
• Develop educational programs for staff in pediatric trauma care.
• Foster collaborations with departments, providers and community partners.
• Analyze trauma data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
• Advocate for pediatric trauma patients and families with patient-centered care.
