Job summary

Loma Linda University Health is seeking a Coordinator-Transplant 1 to provide comprehensive nursing care in pediatric stem cell transplant. You will coordinate pre-transplant workups, manage patient flow from referral through care continuum, and educate families while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team.

Minimum RN with Bachelor's degree and BLS; chemotherapy certification required. Experience in stem cell transplant or oncology is preferred. AA/EOE with accommodation options available.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in nursing and an active RN license.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
• Chemotherapy/biotherapy certificate required.
• PALS/ACLS preferred or within 90 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate work-up activities for transplant recipients and donors.
• Case manage patients from referral through continuum of care.
• Educate patients and families about care plans and treatments.
• Monitor labs and collaborate with team for timely interventions.
