Loma Linda University Health is seeking a Coordinator-Transplant 1 for the Transplant and Cellular Therapy (TCT) program at our pediatric services. You will coordinate care across the transplant continuum, from referral through post-transplant follow-up, ensuring high-quality, patient-centered care.

The role requires a Bachelor’s in Nursing, a CA RN license with 3+ years RN experience (preferably in stem cell transplant/oncology), BLS, and transplant-related certifications.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in nursing required.
• Minimum three years of RN experience, preferably in stem cell transplant/oncology.
• Active RN license in CA with BLS; chemotherapy certificate; PALS/ACLS preferred.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate pre- and post-transplant care for pediatric patients.
• Evaluate referrals and manage continuum of care from referral to post-transplant follow-up.
• Educate patients/parents/caregivers and document care in the EMR.
• Collaborate with nursing leadership and medical directors to meet accreditation standards.
