Phoenix Children's Hospital seeks an Advanced Practice Practitioner to join our abdominal transplant team. This role supports pediatric kidney and liver transplant programs with inpatient and outpatient coverage, collaborating with hepatologists, nephrologists, surgeons, nutritionists, social workers, and pharmacists.

The six APPs cover seven days per week, with a schedule of 10-hour weekday shifts and weekend 5-hour shifts.

Competenze

• Arizona Pediatric NP/PA license required.
• At least 1 year NP/PA experience in pediatrics or transplant preferred.
• Inpatient clinical experience required, preferably in transplant care.

Mansioni

• Provide inpatient coverage for pediatric liver and kidney transplant programs with a team of six APPs.
• Provide outpatient coverage for the liver transplant program.
• Coordinate post-transplant care, education, and discharge planning with multidisciplinary teams.
