Thera-Play Pediatrics in Springdale, AR, is seeking a Therapy Team Lead to guide a dedicated team of PTs, OTs, and SLPs. You will mentor clinicians, drive clinical excellence, and oversee scheduling with a focus on preventing burnout.

As a licensed pediatric clinician, you will partner with families to deliver child-centered, play-based therapy while maintaining compliance and collaborative care across Northwest Arkansas.

Qualifications

• Licensed Pediatric Clinician with pediatric experience (OT/PT/SLP).
• Heart-centered leader with proven ability to coach, empower, and uplift a clinical team.

Responsibilities

• Mentor & Elevate: Guide and support a collaborative PTs, OTs, and SLPs team.

• Keep Operations Human: Oversee daily clinical flow, caseload balance, and scheduling with burnout prevention.
• Partner with Families: Build trust with caregivers and community partners we serve.
