Job summary

Thera-Play Pediatrics in Springdale, AR, is seeking a Therapy Team Lead to guide a dedicated team of PTs, OTs, and SLPs. You will mentor clinicians, drive clinical excellence, and oversee scheduling with a focus on preventing burnout.

As a licensed pediatric clinician, you will partner with families to deliver child-centered, play-based therapy while maintaining compliance and collaborative care across Northwest Arkansas.

• Licensed Pediatric Clinician with pediatric experience (OT/PT/SLP).
