Qualifications

• Passionate about working with children of all ages and abilities.
• Friendly, dependable, and committed to providing outstanding customer service.
• Excellent communicator with strong interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable using basic computer programs.
• Organized, proactive, and able to work independently or in a team.
• Able to lift up to 55 pounds and assist with two-person transfers.
• Able to stand, walk, bend and stay active throughout the day.

Responsibilities

• Support licensed therapists during therapy sessions and patient activities.
• Help transport patients safely within the clinic and at school locations.
• Assist with aquatic therapy when needed.
• Prepare, clean, sanitize, and organize therapy equipment and treatment areas.
• Manage therapy supplies by maintaining inventory and ordering materials.
• Assist with the food program by purchasing, preparing, storing, and monitoring food supplies.
• Keep accurate cleaning, inventory, and ordering logs.
• Perform clerical and departmental support duties as assigned.
• Work collaboratively with therapists and other team members to provide exceptional patient care.
