Job summary

WVUH West Virginia University Hospitals is seeking a Rehabilitation Technician to support physical, occupational, and speech therapy teams in pediatric care. The role includes assisting clinicians, handling equipment, and managing patient charges within the Rehabilitation Services Department.

Responsibilities

• Assist licensed clinicians in patient treatment per established routines.
• Assist with cleaning and maintenance of rehabilitation equipment.
• Manage daily patient charge reconciliation and entry corrections.
• Transport patients with attention to safety and comfort.
• Oversee rehabilitation supplies and inventory; assist with ordering.
• Maintain monthly statistics on volumes, revenue, and expenses.
• Report daily productivity to Director and Team Leaders.
• Perform additional supportive tasks as required.
