Qualifications

• Kentucky PT licensure and graduation from an APTA-accredited program for Physical Therapy.
• Kentucky PTA certification and graduation from a CAPTE-accredited PTA program.
• Two years of PTA experience preferred for the PTA role.
• Current CPR and First Aid certification.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat children aged 0–21 across diagnoses.
• Carry out the plan of care under a supervising PT as a PTA.
• Collaborate on a multidisciplinary team.
• Coach parents through home carryover programs.
• Communicate clearly with families and document care.
• Interest in telehealth.
