Job summary

PediaStaff is partnering with a growing pediatric therapy organization to identify an exceptional Clinic Manager for its Hixson, TN location. This role welcomes an Occupational Therapist, Physical Therapist, Speech-Language Pathologist, or BCBA to lead a multidisciplinary team and ensure compassionate, individualized care for children.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree or higher with active licensure.
• Leadership experience in pediatric settings.
• 1+ year of therapy experience with pediatric populations.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily leadership and supervision of therapists.
• Support caseload growth and productivity goals.
• Recruit, interview, and onboard new team members.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Human Resources, and Facilities teams to support clinic operations.
