Pediastaff is seeking a dedicated Occupational Therapist to join a pediatric therapy team in Hixson, TN. The role focuses on evaluating and treating children with physical, developmental, emotional, and psychosocial needs to enhance participation in daily life.

The position offers clinic-based work with full-time and part-time opportunities, a typical Monday–Friday schedule, and mentorship for new graduates. Benefits include comprehensive health coverage, retirement plans, and paid time off.

Qualifications

• Master's Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
• Current, unrestricted OT license (or in the process of obtaining licensure).
• Thrives in a collaborative, multidisciplinary team environment.

Responsabilités

• Evaluate children ages 0-18 for fine motor development, visual motor skills, sensory processing and modulation, executive functioning, and other areas impacting daily activities.
• Assess the impact of developmental challenges on activities of daily living (ADLs), education, play, leisure, sleep, and social participation.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each child\'s unique needs.
• Collaborate closely with caregivers and interdisciplinary team members to maximize outcomes.
• Provide evidence-based occupational therapy interventions in a pediatric outpatient setting.
• Maintain professional competencies, ethical standards, clinical documentation, and state licensure requirements.

What You'll Do
