PediaStaff seeks a Clinic Manager in Lexington, KY to lead a pediatric therapy clinic, supporting a multidisciplinary team of therapists and driving exceptional patient care. The role blends clinical leadership, staff development, recruitment, and family engagement to ensure clinic success.

Ideal candidates are licensed therapists (OT, PT, SLP) or BCBA with leadership experience, committed to mentoring clinicians, expanding caseloads, and delivering individualized care for children and families

Qualifications

• Master's degree in SLP/OT or Doctoral degree in PT (or Master's + BCBA).
• Active state licensure/certification for the discipline.
• At least 1 year of therapy experience, pediatric setting preferred.
• At least 1 year of leadership experience preferred.
• Ability to motivate, engage, and support clinical staff.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and relationship-building skills.
• Passion for improving outcomes for children and families through high-quality pediatric care.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide daily support, leadership, and supervision of therapists
• Manage performance and professional development initiatives
• Assist clinicians with caseload growth and productivity goals
• Participate in recruiting, interviewing, and onboarding new team members
• Address parent and caregiver concerns in a professional and compassionate manner
• Collaborate with Marketing, Human Resources, and Facilities teams to support clinic operations
• Foster a positive, team-oriented culture focused on high-quality pediatric care
• Support operational goals and continuous improvement initiatives

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Occupational Therapy, OR a Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy, OR a Master's degree and certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
• Active state licensure and/or certification required for the discipline of practice
• Minimum of 1 year of experience as a therapist, preferably in a pediatric setting
• Minimum of 1 year of leadership experience preferred
• Demonstrated ability to motivate, engage, and support clinical staff
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and relationship-building skills
