Blackbird Health in the United States seeks licensed clinicians to deliver therapy to children, adolescents, and young adults in both virtual and in-person settings. You will work with families and an interdisciplinary team to provide evidence-based care, with flexible hours after 3 PM ET.

We offer full-time onsite/hybrid, part-time, and contractor tracks with competitive base salaries and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Active Virginia license: LCSW, LPC, or LMFT.
• 1+ year of experience with children and adolescent patients.
• 1+ year of telehealth or virtual setting experience.
• Available after 3:00 PM ET weekdays and/or weekends.

Responsabilités

• Deliver therapy to children, adolescents, young adults, and caregivers (virtual or in-person).
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to provide evidence-based care.
• Build relationships and support engagement in treatment.
