Blackbird Health in Pennsylvania is seeking licensed therapists to provide virtual and in-person therapy for children, adolescents, and young adults up to age 26, along with their caregivers. You’ll join an interdisciplinary team focused on evidence-based care and family-centered approaches, with multiple employment tracks to suit your license and preferences.

Formación

• Active Pennsylvania license: LCSW, LPC, or LMFT.
• 1+ year of experience with children and adolescent patients.
• 1+ year of telehealth or virtual setting experience.
• Available after 3:00 PM ET weekdays and/or weekends.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver high-quality therapy to children, adolescents, young adults, and caregivers.
• Build meaningful relationships, support engagement in treatment.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to provide compassionate, evidence-based care.
• Support families with psychoeducation and treatment planning.
