Job summary

Blackbird Health seeks licensed therapists to provide therapy for children, adolescents, and young adults in a hybrid model, delivering both virtual and in-person care. You will work with families and caregivers, building rapport and supporting treatment engagement across multiple platforms.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience with children and adolescent patients.
• Experience delivering therapy virtually (telehealth).
• Commitment to family-centered, high-touch care.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality therapy to children, adolescents, young adults, and caregivers (virtual and in-person).
• Build meaningful relationships and educate families on therapeutic approaches.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to provide evidence-based care.
• Support engagement in treatment and foster long-term progress.
