Job summary

Kid's Thrive Southern Columbus seeks an Outpatient Group Facilitator to plan and lead therapeutic groups for children and adolescents in a daytime, full-time setting.

You will work with clinical staff to promote engagement, emotional regulation, and skill-building, ensuring a safe and supportive group experience for youth. A strong focus is placed on professional boundaries and confidentiality.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience with children/adolescents, families, behavioral health programs, or related setting preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills essential.
• Ability to maintain professional boundaries and confidentiality.
• Ability to work as part of a multidisciplinary team.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate structured outpatient groups for children and adolescents.
• Create a safe, respectful, developmentally appropriate group environment.
• Lead activities focused on coping skills, emotional regulation, and social skills.
• Monitor group dynamics and respond to behavioral or emotional concerns.
• Collaborate with therapists, case managers, and families as appropriate.
• Complete required documentation accurately and in a timely manner.
