Job summary

Kids Thrive is seeking a team member to support the therapeutic milieu and/or provide individual TBS services under supervision. You will help ensure scheduled programs run smoothly, supervise clients, and maintain a safe, respectful environment for children and families.

You will collaborate with clinicians, teachers, nurses, and program leadership to deliver coordinated care, document progress in EMR, and support staff with activities and groups.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's from an accredited college.
• Experience in a mental health or education setting with young children.
• Completion of additional mental health training within 30 days of employment.

Responsibilities

• Support the daily therapeutic programming for children and adolescents.
• Assist with implementing treatment plans, behavioral interventions, and skill-building activities.
• Monitor clients during group, individual, and recreational activities to ensure safety and engagement.
• Model positive behavior, emotional regulation, and pro-social skills.
