• Experience: 2+ years direct care in residential/psychiatric setting or 2+ years in management.
• Technical Skills: Intermediate MS Word, Excel, Outlook.
• Language: English communication (verbal and written) essential.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily supervision and evaluation for staff and patients to enhance treatment engagement and outcomes.
• Manage direct care employees, including orientation, ongoing training, oversight, and evaluations.
• Lead crisis interventions and emergency safety situations with collaboration.
• Ensure compliance with clinical documentation, incident reporting, and safety protocols.
• Delegate tasks to empower team members and improve skills and confidence.
• Maintain a safe environment by promoting trauma-informed treatment.
