Pathway Family Services seeks a Full-Time Lead Nurse to oversee nursing care for children in a residential behavioral health program in Topeka, KS. You will supervise a team, manage medication orders, and ensure compliant documentation while coordinating health services for residents and families.

The role requires an active Kansas RN license, a trauma-informed approach, and flexibility to cover a 24/7 schedule in an in-office setting.

Qualifications

• RN licensure in Kansas is required.
• Must be at least 21 years old and older than the oldest resident by at least 3 years.
• This is an in-office, 24/7 residential facility role requiring flexibility.
• Supervision experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care and assessments for children in residential treatment.
