Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree BSN and 3-5 years burn care or related experience.
• MO or KS RN licensure as required upon hire; multistate license or compact license.
• ABLS certification and ABLS instructor certification within specified timeframes.

Responsibilities

• Provides direction, oversight, and supervision of Burn Specialty Team and Burn Clinic.
• Conducts ongoing program management, development, and planning.
• Participates in Quality Improvement, Quality Assurance, Research and/or Evidence-Based Practice.
• Delivers direct clinical services to patients and their families on an inpatient and outpatient basis.
