Formación

• Associate’s degree in Surgical Technology (or HS diploma + Certification of Completion) is required.
• Must be a graduate from an Accredited Surgical Technology school.

Responsabilidades

• Assist the surgeon in the pediatric intraoperative phase following AORN and OSA standards.
• Collaborate with nurses, physicians and healthcare team to meet patient/family needs.
• Maintain sterile technique and prepare age-appropriate instrumentation for procedures.
• Provide customer service and open communication with patients, families and staff.
• Participate in quality improvement activities and act as a patient advocate.
