Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Nursing required.
  • Advanced nursing degree preferred (MSN/PhD/DNP/ARNP).
  • Current RN license in Washington State or MLS.
  • Minimum of 5 years of perioperative nursing experience.
  • Minimum 3 years of management experience.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee strategic planning, development, implementation and operations of Surgical Services (Operating Rooms, Anesthesia, Central Services, Materials Management).
  • Define and monitor patient care and nursing standards; ensure optimal resource utilization.
  • Collaborate across disciplines to achieve desired patient outcomes; reporting structure may be dual-matrixed.
