MultiCare Mary Bridge Children’s Hospital in Tacoma, WA seeks a Director of Surgical Services to lead the Operating Rooms, Anesthesia Services, Central Services, and Materials Management, ensuring top‑quality pediatric patient care.

The role drives strategic planning, program development, resource optimization and cross‑disciplinary collaboration to support a Level II pediatric trauma center and the Mary Bridge network’s comprehensive care for children and families.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing required or obtained within five years from hire date.
• Advanced degree in Nursing (MSN, PhD, DNP, ARNP) preferred.
• Current Registered Nurse license in Washington State or Multistate License endorsement (MLS).
• Five years of experience in Perioperative Nursing.
• Three years of management experience.

Responsabilidades

• Lead strategic planning, development, implementation and overall operations of Surgical Services.
• Oversee Operating Rooms, Anesthesia Services, Central Services and Materials Management.
• Define standards of patient care and nursing practice; assure staffing and resources.
• Foster collaboration across disciplines to achieve optimal patient outcomes.
