Job summary

MultiCare Mary Bridge Children’s Hospital seeks a strategic Chief Nursing Officer to lead pediatric nursing practice and operations across the network. You will shape clinical pathways, ensure regulatory compliance, and guide workforce development for inpatient and ambulatory services.

As a senior executive, you will partner with medical leaders to deliver safe, family-centered care and drive continuous improvement across the Mary Bridge system in the Pacific Northwest.

Qualifications

• BSN required.
• Master’s or Doctoral degree in Nursing or related field (MSHA, MHA, MBA, etc.).
• Ten years of progressive pediatric nursing management experience.
• Seven years of clinical nursing experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee nursing operations across Mary Bridge Children’s facilities and programs.
• Develop and implement clinical pathways and policies for pediatric care.
• Lead quality, safety, workforce development and patient experience initiatives.
