CHOC in Orange, CA is seeking a Scheduler II who will schedule complex procedures, ensure complete information, and streamline registration. You will work with departments such as registration, admitting, diagnostics, radiology, inpatient units, and financial coordinators to ensure accurate and timely scheduling.

The role requires excellent communication, multitasking, and customer service, with a minimum of 1 year scheduling experience in healthcare or 2 years front office; bilingual

Qualifications

• 1 year scheduling and registration experience in a healthcare setting using a computerized scheduling system OR 2 years of front office experience
• High School diploma or GED
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Knowledge of Government and Commercial insurance systems
• Working knowledge of computer software, e.g., Microsoft products

Responsabilités

• Schedule complex procedures and appointments with accurate information
• Facilitate scheduling and registration processes and optimize workflows
• Interface with registration, admitting, diagnostics, radiology, inpatient units, and financial coordinators
• Assist with covering front office as needed
