aMAYZing Kids in Rancho Santa Margarita, CA is seeking an experienced Front Office Scheduler to join our pediatric therapy clinic. The role focuses on friendly patient intake, scheduling across therapists, and ensuring smooth daily operations in a welcoming environment.

The ideal candidate demonstrates excellent phone etiquette, can multi-task, and may speak Spanish. Experience with insurance verification and medical scheduling is preferred.

Qualifications

• Excellent phone etiquette and courteous communication.

Responsibilities

• Answer multi-line phone and register patients with outstanding service.
• Schedule providers efficiently and manage referrals, reschedules and daily changes.
• Address parent questions and concerns timely and courteously.
• Protect patient privacy and confidentiality.
• Assist with insurance verification and medical scheduling when needed.
• Participate in team-building activities and trainings.
