Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in nursing is required.
• Associate's Degree in nursing or diploma is required.
• RN licensure in Texas (BON) is required.
• BLS by AHA is required; ACLS preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assess patients, develop and implement care plans, and coordinate care.
• Educate patients and families and provide triage when needed.
• Supervise and delegate tasks; ensure HIPAA compliance and patient safety.
