Children's Minnesota is seeking a Patient Care Supervisor in the Surgery department to lead clinical support staff and assist in RN leadership. The role ensures quality patient care in a fast-paced surgical environment and supports staffing, scheduling, and patient flow across units.

The PCS will collaborate with nursing leadership, coordinate care, and participate in staff development while maintaining compliance with hospital policies.

Formación

• Active RN on Minnesota Board of Nursing required.
• Current BLS required.
• Bachelor's degree in nursing required.
• 3 years of direct patient care experience within a related specialty.
• Informal leadership experience is preferred (charge RN, clinical educator, preceptor, etc.).
• Dependable, responsible, strong conflict resolution skills, knowledge of assigned unit, ability to multi-task, self-starter with ability to problem solve independently.
• Availability for on-call and off-hours rotations/situations as decided by department/unit.
