Job summary

Kids Care Dental & Orthodontics is seeking a Surgery Center Coordinator to join our team in Elk Grove, CA. You will ensure a warm, kid-friendly experience, assist families with insurance details, and coordinate appointments while supporting the practice’s culture of honesty, playfulness, and compassion.

Responsibilities include greeting families, explaining treatment benefits, arranging financials, and maintaining confidentiality.

Qualifications

• Previous dental front office experience highly preferred
• Knowledge of Dentrix or Planet DDS Denticon a plus
• Clinical sales experience preferred
• Experience giving technical or clinical presentations in treatment
• Requires strong financial acumen; experience discussing payment options and financing terms
• Must love working with children and maintain confidentiality

Responsibilities

• The primary duty is to deliver memorable, friendly service for every family
• Set up initial treatment appointments and coordinate visits
• Provide insurance benefit information prior to visits
• Follow up on scheduled treatments and communicate with doctors
• Submit pre-authorizations when applicable and handle financial arrangements
• Maintain confidentiality of patient information and perform other duties
