Job summary

Qualifications

• Completion of an accredited graduate-level Advanced Practice Provider (APRN or PA) program.
• Licensed as an Advanced Practice Provider in North Carolina.
• Board certification if required by the Department; DEA registration.

Responsibilities

• Obtain health history and perform physical exams; develop differential diagnoses and treatment plans.
• Educate patients and families about conditions, treatment, and follow-up.
• Lead and participate in quality improvement and care-delivery projects.
• Collaborate with physicians and staff to ensure high-quality patient care.
