MetroEHS Pediatric Therapy in Rochester Hills, MI seeks a Speech-Language Pathologist Clinical Fellow (SLP-CF) to join our multidisciplinary team. We provide on-site mentorship, materials, and a supportive environment for CF growth, with a productive schedule and no nights or weekends.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
• ASHA CCC-SLP certification (or Clinical Fellow eligibility).
• State license as a Speech-Language Pathologist in Michigan.

Responsibilities

• Conduct evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans to improve receptive/expressive language, articulation, fluency, voice, and swallowing disorders.
• Utilize play-based and culturally responsive interventions to engage children and foster communication skills.
• Collaborate with families and caregivers, equipping them with home-based techniques for continued progress.
• Work closely with a multidisciplinary team to ensure well-rounded therapy approaches tailored to each child’s needs.
• Maintain detailed clinical records and documentation as required.
• Participate in clinical meetings, professional development, and research opportunities.

Your Impact

As a Speech-Language Pathologist atMetroEHSPediatric Therapy, you will:

Physical & Environmental Requirements

• Active & Engaged Work– Kneeling,bendingand playing at ground level.

• Quick Reflexes– Ability to respond to behaviors such as elopement (running away) or aggressive actions.
• Loud or Noisy Environments– Working with active children in dynamic settings.

Schedule

• Monday–Friday,8a-5p OR9am-6pm with a lunch
• 10+ hours of documentation per week
• Weekly meeting with CF mentor
• No nights or weekends

Compensation

• After applying, a member of our recruiting team will call to review the pay range and opportunities for additional compensation through productivity bonuses. Compensation varies based on each clinician’s unique skills and experience.
• Full-time Sign-on Bonus: $2,500 (paid in two installments, with a two-year commitment)
