Job summary

MetroEHS Pediatric Therapy in Dearborn, MI is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist Clinical Fellow (SLP-CF) to join our multidisciplinary team. You will receive on-site mentorship, access to a wide range of therapy materials, and a structured path through your first year.

This full-time role offers a generous salary with a productivity bonus program, a $2,500 sign-on bonus, and comprehensive benefits including 401(k) matching, medical/dental/vision, paid time off, holidays, and CEU

Qualifications

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
  • ASHA CCC-SLP certification (or Clinical Fellow eligibility).
  • State license as a Speech-Language Pathologist in Michigan.
  • We do not participate with Medicare part B, therefore, we can readily accept Clinical Fellows.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans to improve receptive/expressive language, articulation, fluency, voice, and swallowing disorders.
  • Utilize play-based and culturally responsive interventions to engage children and foster communication skills.
  • Collaborate with families and caregivers, equipping them with home-based techniques for continued progress.
  • Work closely with a multidisciplinary team to ensure well-rounded therapy approaches tailored to each child's needs.
  • Maintain detailed clinical records and documentation as required.
  • Participate in clinical meetings, professional development, and research opportunities.

Education

Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
ASHA CCC-SLP certification (or Clinical Fellow eligibility)

Your Impact

As a Speech-Language Pathologist atMetroEHSPediatric Therapy, you will:

Physical & Environmental Requirements
  • Active & Engaged Work– Kneeling,bendingand playing at ground level.
  • Hands-On Support– Lifting up to50+lbsmay berequired.
  • Quick Reflexes– Ability to respond to behaviors such as elopement (running away) or aggressive actions.
  • Loud or Noisy Environments– Working with active children in dynamic settings.
  • Potential Exposure to Bodily Fluids– Assisting with hygiene or accidental incidents.

Schedule
  • Monday–Friday, typically 9am-6pm
  • No nights or weekends
Compensation
  • After applying, a member of our recruiting team will call to review the pay range and opportunities for additional compensation through productivity bonuses. Compensation varies based on each clinician’s unique skills and experience.
  • Full-time Sign-on Bonus: $2,500 (paid in two installments, with a two-year commitment)
