Job summary

Sevita's NeuroRestorative division is seeking a Speech Therapist to lead therapy for individuals with speech, language, voice, and swallowing challenges in our rehabilitative program. The role requires a Master’s degree and state licensure, with travel as needed.

Open to part-time or PRN arrangements with negotiable rate. You will work on a comprehensive team in a 40,000-strong organization dedicated to growth, independence, and quality care across the U.S.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Speech Therapy or Speech/Language Pathology required.
• One year experience as a Speech Therapist preferred.
• Current state licensure/certification as a Speech Therapist required.

Responsibilities

• Assesses speech and language skills, development, articulation, and voice disorders of patients.
• Reviews medical history and determines patient therapy needs.
• Develops, implements, and evaluates individualized therapy plans with adjustments as needed.
• Coordinates therapy to align with the client’s care plan and physician guidance.
• Instructs clients and families to maintain or improve functioning.
• Ensures documentation and communication of evaluations and therapy interventions.
