Job summary

NeuroRestorative, a part of Sevita, provides rehabilitation services to individuals with brain, spinal cord and medically complex injuries. We are seeking a Speech Therapist for PRN coverage to assess, plan, and deliver therapy for speech, language, voice and swallowing challenges across our programs.

You will review records, develop individualized treatment plans, document outcomes, and coordinate with clinicians and families to maximize rehabilitation potential.

Qualifications

• Masters Degree in Speech Therapy or Speech/Language Pathology with one year of experience.
• Current state licensure/certification as a Speech Therapist.

Responsibilities

• Assesses speech and language skills and voice and fluency disorders of patients.
• Reviews medical history, performs evaluations, and determines therapy needs.
• Develops and implements individualized therapy plans and coordinates modifications with clinicians.
• Instructs clients and caregivers to maintain or improve functioning.
• Ensures documentation and sharing of medical data with physicians and care team.
• Maintains HIPAA compliance and safe patient environment.
• Performs related duties as required.
