Job summary

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech/Language Pathology is required.
• State of Ohio Licensure in Speech/Language Pathology is required.
• CCC-SLP from ASHA is required.
• 3–5 years of relevant experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provides comprehensive differential diagnostic evaluations using standardized measures.
• Creates management/treatment programs aligned with diagnosis and protocols.
• Maintains timely documentation for medical records and insurance.
• Demonstrates ability to address physical, psychological, social, educational and safety needs of patients (all ages).
• Performs other duties as assigned.
